Spaghettini With Creamy Mushroom Sauce

I am alone in the house. Big sis is away for a week. I don't do much cooking because I only have myself to feed. The past few days I have been eating oatmeal, porridge and sandwiches . I had a loooong day at work today but as soon as I got home, I was determined to cook pasta, my kind of comfort food.

If you are rushed and have no time to labor over dinner, this easy-to-prepare dish cooks up in less than 30 minutes and  tastes good.

Recipe:
Spaghettini or any pasta, cooked Al Dente ( I cooked 60 g for myself)

Mushroom Sauce:
1 can of Campbell's Cream of  Mushroom Soup
1 cup of milk
5 pieces of Vegetarian hotdog cut into bite size pieces
a dash of nutmeg
salt
white pepper

Empty a can of mushroom soup into a saucepan with the heat set on medium.
Add milk. Cook until it has slightly thickened. Add the hotdogs and cook until heated through.
Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Place pasta in a plate. Spoon the sauce on top. Sprinkle with dried parsley.
Enjoy!

You may notice that I made a lot of sauce. Well, I like cooking extra so I can savor the taste for a few days.

Yum! Yum!
