My guests had a pretty hectic schedule. A full day was allotted for sightseeing of popular Thailand attractions. The nights were reserved for food tripping and shopping. On the third night, we boarded a luxurious dinner cruise. I have done it several times before but on different boats and I must say I liked Chao Phraya Princess III Dinner Cruise the most. They had a wide selection of delicious Thai, Asian and Western food which I could eat. Just so you know, there's food that I don't eat because of my religion. ( I'm a Seventh-Day Adventist Christian). Also, the fact that the staff gave an efficient and prompt service to their customers was really impressive.
The price for one is Thai Baht 1500 ($50) The cruise sails along Chao Phraya River for 1.5 hours. Meeting point is at River City Shopping Complex, next to Shangri-La Hotel.
Waiting for our ship |
The ship is divided into two decks. The lower deck is air-conditioned, the upper deck is open-air.
We were seated on the lower deck of the ship |
I waited till most people had their food. I only stood to get my food when I saw the short queue. It excites me every time I see salad bar because it gives me ideas of how other restaurants prepare and set-up salads.

Both decks have live music. We spent the rest of the cruise enjoying the sights, listening to music and watching guests danced.
