The sous chef never ceases to amaze me with his creations. For this year's fourth wedding, he created this party centerpiece using two watermelons. He carved multiple roses into one watermelon and the names of the couple into the other.
The bride and groom's names were made with the green rind and part of the white flesh were left exposed.
This was a more detailed rose carving. The red flesh created a more attractive presentation.
